Aluminium Composite sheet has a polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium skins and is a rigid, lightweight product with a smooth, flat surface. Notable for its limited rate of expansion and contraction even under extremes of temperature, aluminium composite is equally suitable for outdoor and indoor applications.

Alupanel® aluminium composite sheet consists of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two 0.3mm aluminium skins. With all the benefits of aluminium composite and the full range of colours and finishes, Alupanel® combines durability with flexibility. Particularly suited to high wear environments, this formable and dual-sided sheet has one satin finish surface and the other in 75% gloss.

Alupanel® aluminium composite sheet consists of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two 0.3mm aluminium skins. With all the benefits of aluminium composite and the full range of colours and finishes, Alupanel® combines durability with flexibility. Particularly suited to high wear environments, this formable and dual-sided sheet has one satin finish surface and the other in 75% gloss.

Alupanel® Lite is a reduced weight sheet having a 0.21mm thick aluminium surface on both sides. Alupanel® Lite is dual-sided with a satin and gloss finish on opposing faces. Alupanel® Lite is unsuitable for applications where a high load-bearing capacity is required.

Alupanel® Digital is coated on both surfaces with a satin micro engineered polyester paint. This finish allows the ink to settle into the top surface and key to the panels, helping ink adhesion and colour retention for longer lasting print.

The Digital Plus grade allows for routing, curving, folding and forming in the normal way even after printing and with no cracking or flaking of the printed image.

Alupanel is available in a full range of colours and finishes with all the associated benefits of this leading aluminium composite sheet. This dual-sided sheet has one satin finish surface and the other in 75% gloss.

Alupanel is available in a selection of metallic and brushed surfaces with all the associated benefits of this leading aluminium composite sheet. Available in a number of dual-sided finishes, the range includes a premium brushed aluminium with a special PVDF coating for a 15 year guarantee.

With the advantage of being almost half the weight of plate glass mirror, Alupanel® Mirror also benefits from being completely shatter resistant. This makes Alupanel® Mirror idea for use outdoors as well as indoors.

Ecopanel® is a budget solution for short-term applications where the application is flat and no load is to be placed on the panels. Available in white only, Ecopanel® can accept print or vinyl.

Alupanel® Super 8 sheets consist of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two 0.4mm aluminium skins and is designed to be a self supporting panel with a reduced number of fixings. Suitable for large applications over long spans, up to 1.2m apart in most applications, Alupanel® Super 8 is suitable for use indoors as well as outdoors, where little protection is offered from the environment.

Alupanel® XT sheets consist of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two 0.5mm aluminium skins, coupled with a PVDF coating to provide a long lasting, durable finish for rainscreen wall cladding applications. Alupanel® XT sheets are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, including metallics, granite, marble and stone effects.

Alupanel® XT FR has a mineral core based upon Aluminium Hydroxide and subsequently benefits from the same properties as Alupanel® XT, but with a higher fire resistance rating to A2 classification in accordance with DIN 4102.
