The Palight® and Foamalite® foamed PVC sheets have a nominal white index in excess of 100 units. It is this bright white colour base which helps to reproduce printed colours with greater brightness and intensity. The higher level of reflection from the white surface of the sheet allows more light to pass through the ink and yields more efficient colour subtraction – this makes printed colours appear more vibrant and therefore, makes these substrates ideal for digital print direct.

With all the benefi ts of foamed PVC including a white surface for printing or vinyl lamination, Foamalite® Plus has a black core which also makes it suitable for engraving. Combined with a considerable recycled content, the Foamalite® Plus sheet is a versatile product that delivers key environmental benefits from its responsible sourcing and manufacture.

These full-colour products can be used double-sided and with an exposed edge, making them particularly suitable for POP applications. There is a wide range of colours available which can all accept vinyl and the wider availability of white inks for digital print also enables coloured sheet to be printed direct.

Palight® 2001 is a foamed PVC sheet with gloss PVC film laminated to the product on one side and a satin, foamed fi nish on the reverse. As with other Palight® products, 2001 is suitable for both vinyl laminating and printing.

The digital grade of Palight® has an enhanced white index, more so than the Palight® sheet for an even stronger printed image.

Pal-Foam is a lightweight solution for short-term, indoor use where the application is flat and no load is to be placed on the sheet. Available in white only, Pal-Foam can accept print or vinyl.

With all the benefits of foamed PVC, Foamalite® AS has an anti-static additive to limit the possibility of contamination from dust and swarf.

Foamabrite® is a foamed PVC sheet with an integral, co-extruded high gloss surface on one side and with a satin, foamed finish on the reverse. The co-extrusion process delivers improved mechanical properties such as a harder surface with improved durability, eliminating the possibility of delamination and making Foamabrite® suitable for exterior as well as interior applications.

Foamalite® Xpress is a lightweight solution for short-term, indoor use where the application is flat and no load is to be placed on the sheet. Available in white only, Foamalite® Xpress can accept print or vinyl.
