Creative production company Fuel 4 were celebrating more than most of us when the Team GB Women’s Hockey Team collected their Olympic Gold Medals in Rio last month. After winning their gruelling final on penalties the team commemorated their achievements using a Team GB selfie stick made using Perspex® acrylic colours designed and laser cut by Fuel 4.
The selfie stick also took pride of place on the BBC website.

These bespoke selfie sticks were designed and built for Twitter UK to support Team GB in Rio and reinforce their social media campaign #BringOnTheGreat. The sticks were been designed to easily fit a smart phone or tablet within the unit with a mirror on the front panel to make sure the athletes get all their teammates in shot.
