Quench Home Bars are proud to unveil the latest luxury drinks furniture collaboration with Inplas Fabrications — an elegant new wine trolley that showcases the very highest standards of Perspex® acrylic fabrication and contemporary furniture design.
The project holds special significance for Inplas, as Quench founder Jon Green was the company’s very first customer more than 31 years ago. Since then, this partnership between the two companies has gone from strength to strength, producing a series of standout bespoke furniture pieces that blend innovative design with precision acrylic craftsmanship.
Luxury Perspex® Acrylic Fabrication at its Finest
This latest trolley design has been manufactured using premium 10mm Perspex® Clear Cast acrylic combined with 15mm Clear Cast acrylic sections featuring expertly executed UV bonded joints for exceptional optical clarity and seamless construction.
Every Perspex® acrylic component has been precision fabricated and diamond polished by the Inplas team to create crystal-clear edges and invisible joins that elevate the trolley’s luxurious appearance. The use of UV bonding allows the structure to maintain a clean, uninterrupted visual flow while delivering the strength and durability required for high-end hospitality and residential environments.
The transparent acrylic framework beautifully showcases the integrated wine bottle storage, suspended glass holders and display shelving, while metallic detailing and stone-effect finishes add warmth and sophistication to the overall design.
Designed for Modern Luxury Living
Created by Jon and the team at Quench Home Bars, the trolley has been designed as both a functional serving station and a statement furniture piece. The design balances elegant proportions with practical storage, allowing wines, glassware and bar accessories to be displayed with clarity and style.
The upper drawer section provides discreet storage for bar tools and accessories, while the open lower structure enhances the floating appearance of the acrylic bottle galleries and hanging glassware.
The addition of concealed UV bonded acrylic elements ensures the trolley maintains a sleek architectural appearance from every angle.
